Tânia began her career in recruitment in Paris in 2007, working in HR consulting and international search from the very beginning. Nearly two decades later, her experience spans Europe and North Africa, bringing a cross-cultural and human perspective to Executive Search.

Her background in psychology, HR consulting and entrepreneurship allows her to understand both sides of every search: the business behind the role and the person behind the profile. Having lived and worked across different cultures, she brings adaptability, cultural awareness and a natural ability to build trusted relationships.

Personal, direct and highly involved, she works as a true partner throughout the search, not simply as a recruiter.
